solar energy.<\/p>\n<p>The plant has been designed to cover <strong>100% of electricity consumption<\/strong> and is based on inverter technology from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vicoexport.com\/categoria-producto\/inversores-electricos\/sungrow\/\"><strong>Sungrow<\/strong><\/a>, specifically the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vicoexport.com\/producto\/inversor-sungrow-trifasicos-sg33cx-sg50cx-p2\/\"><strong>Sungrow SG50CX-P2<\/strong><\/a> model, a solution widely used in commercial installations due to its reliability, efficiency and ease of integration.<\/p>\n<p>The installation is complemented by an advanced monitoring system and an electric vehicle charger, reinforcing the project\u2019s sustainability and energy self-consumption approach.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Location:<\/strong> El Tablero, Tenerife \u2013 Granja El Convento (Canary Islands)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Project type:<\/strong> Commercial self-consumption photovoltaic installation for livestock sector applications<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Installer:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/canariasautosostenible.es\/\">Canarias Autosostenible<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The facility presents a high daytime electricity consumption profile associated with livestock activity, making photovoltaic self-consumption a particularly efficient solution from both a technical and economic perspective.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PROJECT OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The objectives defined for this installation were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drastically reduce the farm\u2019s energy costs.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve an almost zero electricity bill.<\/li>\n<li>Maximize direct self-consumption during solar hours.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate the installation without interrupting daily farm operations.<\/li>\n<li>Improve sustainability and reduce dependence on the electrical grid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>TECHNICAL DESIGN OF THE INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Power and configuration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Total installed power (DC): 48 kWp<\/li>\n<li>Total installed power (AC): 50 kW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The DC\/AC ratio was dimensioned to optimize system performance and ensure efficient production aligned with the client\u2019s Wp<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total number of modules:<\/strong> 100 units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The use of N-Type bifacial modules contributes to improving the overall energy performance of the installation, particularly relevant in locations with high solar irradiation such as the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ENERGY PRODUCTION AND RESULTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Estimated annual production:<\/strong> <strong>80,000 \u2013 85,000 kWh\/year<\/strong> (specific estimate for Tenerife)<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Operational results<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>According to the system design and performance estimates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>100% of daytime electricity consumption<\/strong> is covered by photovoltaic generation.<\/li>\n<li>Nighttime consumption is compensated by surplus energy generated during the day.<\/li>\n<li>The final result is an <strong>almost zero electricity bill<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These results confirm the adequacy of the system sizing and the SG50CX inverter, N-Type bifacial modules, advanced monitoring and electric mobility integration has enabled the achievement of the defined objectives: cost reduction, daytime energy self-sufficiency
