GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms govern sales made through www.vicoexport.com to professionals in the photovoltaic sector (B2B).

• Geographical scope: Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

• Orders and availability: Subject to stock availability. Standard delivery time: 1 week.

• Reception and inspection: The customer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery. If inspection is not possible, the delivery note must be signed with the remark “Pending inspection.”

• Claims: Must be submitted within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt to pedidos@vicoexport.com, including a signed copy of the delivery note with relevant remarks.

• Warranties: Governed by each manufacturer’s terms, as specified in the product data sheets.

• Returns: Claims outside the indicated period or process will not be accepted.

• Payment method: Bank transfer.

• Shipping and return costs: To be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Placing an order implies express acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
