MAIN FEATURES
The Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 54HL4M-BDV 515 W is a bifacial dual-glass photovoltaic module based on N-type TOPCon technology, designed for commercial, industrial and utility-scale solar plants where high energy efficiency, long-term stability and reduced LCOE are required.
The N-type cell architecture with Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) improves performance compared to conventional technologies by reducing LID and LeTID degradation effects, while optimizing production under low irradiance conditions. The integration of SMBB (Super Multi Busbar) improves light capture and current collection, increasing the electrical reliability of the module.
The bifacial dual-glass design allows additional energy generation from the rear side when there is light reflection on the installation surface, increasing the overall energy yield of the system. This feature is particularly beneficial for industrial rooftops, installations on reflective ground surfaces or elevated mounting systems.
The reinforced mechanical structure supports 5400 Pa front load and 2400 Pa rear load, ensuring resistance under demanding environmental conditions. The module is designed for photovoltaic systems up to 1500 VDC, optimizing string configuration in large-scale solar projects.
Thanks to its controlled annual degradation of 0.40% after the first year, the module maintains approximately 87.4% of its power after 30 years, providing long-term energy stability and predictable system performance.
