Improved experience with intelligent management

The new iSolarCloud facilitates the timely and efficient operation and maintenance of the system. It can diagnose faults in advance and intelligently send fault messages via App or email notifications. It supports intelligent IV curve diagnostics for faulty modules and automatically generates a fault analysis report with an accuracy of more than 90%. The app incorporates a remote update function that allows equipment to be updated remotely without the need for on-site operation and maintenance personnel.

The new version of the application is more user-focused. A separate electric vehicle charging interface has been added to meet the demand of electric vehicle owners. In addition, a function to set CO2 emission targets has been added, in line with users’ predisposition towards a sustainable way of life.

Enhanced security with comprehensive protection

The new iSolarCloud is one of the few products in the industry to be certified to both the international industry information security standard IEC62443 and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It achieves comprehensive information protection in communication, system, application and data, guaranteeing the security of user information in all aspects.

Improved interface and usability

The new iSolarCloud improves visual elements such as colour, font and icons, providing a relaxing and user-friendly experience with a visually pleasing interface. The power flow diagram of the power plant has been upgraded to a 2.5D layout with a dynamic flow effect that directly shows the energy distribution. Visual graphics have been adopted to simplify the visualisation of information and make it easier to understand. In addition, a customisable tracking function is added to prioritise key information and display all important data on a single screen.

Users can download the new App from the Google Play Store or App Store by searching for iSolarCloud.

To date, iSolarCloud manages four international servers around the world, serving more than one million users in over 150 countries, with a total installed capacity of 56 GW. In the future, Sungrow will continue to promote its product development and technological innovation to further facilitate the high-quality development of the renewable energy industry.
