The new coplanar solution
for metal roofs from Enstall
At Sunfer (Enstall), the catalogue continues to grow and improve with solutions specifically designed for metal roofs. That’s why today we’re introducing a new Enstall product designed to make installation even easier on site: 57V, a continuous rail coplanar system designed for metal roofing.
What makes 57V special?
The key difference between this product and other solutions in our catalogue lies in its fastening method. The anchoring is carried out using a rivet nut, a method that is extremely common and widely used in Portugal.
It is compatible with:
- Trapezoidal metal sheet
- Sandwich panels with 3 or 5 ribs
This makes it a versatile solution for the majority of industrial and commercial metal roofs found across the Iberian Peninsula. The fixing is called S57, and the system is composed of the G57 profile together with the UG57 connector.
Easy installation
If there is one thing that stands out about this system, it is how simple it is to install. To assemble it, you only need standard tools commonly found in any installation team:
- Manual or automatic rivet tool
- Drill with a 9 mm drill bit
- 5 mm Allen key
Nothing unusual, nothing extra. Direct, fast installation with no complications.
Optimized for modern modules
The system supports modules up to 2465 × 1350 mm, allows vertical orientation, and complies with the minimum anchoring distance recommended by most manufacturers.
Its design ensures optimal panel positioning, both in terms of safety and structural performance.

To adapt to different logistical and project requirements, 57V is available:
- In bulk format
- With raw or anodized finish
