The PV power shown is the maximum recommended for each model. The datasheet also specifies a maximum PV input power limit of 13,000 Wp. System sizing must comply with the voltage and current limits and the full-load MPPT range specified in the manual.
PV Input and MPPT Trackers
  • Maximum PV input voltage: 600 V DC.
  • Minimum input voltage: 40 V DC.
  • Start-up voltage: 50 V DC.
  • Rated PV input voltage: 360 V DC.
  • MPPT operating range: 40–560 V DC.
  • Number of independent MPPT trackers: 2.
  • Number of strings per MPPT: 1 / 1.
  • Maximum PV input current: 32 A in total, 16 A per MPPT.
  • Maximum DC short-circuit current: 40 A in total, 20 A per MPPT.
  • Maximum current per input connector: 20 A.
Refer to the manual for the full-load MPPT range. Exceeding the MPPT operating voltage range activates the inverter’s protection.
Battery Connection
  • Battery type: compatible lithium-ion.
  • Battery voltage range: 80–460 V DC.
  • Maximum charging current: 30 A.
  • Maximum discharging current: 30 A.
  • Maximum charging and discharging power: 6,600 W.
  • CAN communication available.
The battery must be selected in accordance with Sungrow’s compatibility requirements. The voltage range does not imply compatibility with every battery. Charging and discharging performance depend on the connected battery and operating conditions.
Grid Connection and AC Output
  • Single-phase connection.
  • Rated AC voltage: 220 / 230 / 240 V.
  • AC voltage range: 154–276 V.
  • Rated grid frequency: 50 / 60 Hz.
  • Frequency range: 45–55 Hz at 50 Hz and 55–65 Hz at 60 Hz.
  • Total current harmonic distortion: less than 3 % at rated power.
  • Default power factor at rated power: greater than 0.99.
Backup Output and Off-Grid Operation
  • Backup switchover time: less than 10 ms.
  • Rated off-grid voltage: 220 / 230 / 240 V, with a tolerance of ±2 %.
  • Rated off-grid frequency: 50 / 60 Hz, with a tolerance of ±0.2 %.
  • Voltage harmonic distortion with a linear load: less than 2 %.
  • Peak apparent power in off-grid mode: 8,400 VA for 10 seconds.
  • Rated off-grid backup power: from 3,000 to 6,000 W, depending on the model.
  • Maximum power for backup loads when the grid is available: 6,000 W, subject to the configuration specified in the manual.
  • Maximum current for backup loads when the grid is available: 27.3 A, calculated at 220 V.
Backup System Sizing
The 6,000 W available for backup loads when the grid is present does not mean that all models can provide 6,000 W continuously during a power outage. Without the grid, rated power depends on the selected inverter. Actual power and backup duration also depend on the battery, its state of charge, PV generation and the loads connected to the backup output.
Integrated Protection and Functions
  • Grid monitoring.
  • DC reverse polarity protection.
  • AC short-circuit protection.
  • Leakage current protection.
  • Integrated PV DC isolator.
  • Type II surge protection on DC and AC sides.
  • Integrated PID Zero function.
  • Parallel operation at the grid port: up to 3 inverters in master-slave mode.
The specified parallel operation applies to the grid port. Optional compatibility with optimisers must be confirmed with Sungrow before ordering.
